Mepyramine maleate 2%
Dosage
The recommended dose is two or three times a day for up to three days:
Apply the cream directly to the affected areas of skin.
Do not apply the cream on eczema and badly broken skin.
Use as soon as possible after insect sting or bite.
Warnings
Repeated use of the cream for periods longer than a few days is not recommended.
If your symptoms worsen or do not improve after 3 days talk to your doctor or pharmacist
i always knew it works like magic! I have used it for years..bought it in Singapore last time...it was way overdue but still worked like magic..now i know I can get it from NZ. thanks. got 2 tubes..no problems with customs.

Great cream
I used this crem back in England. It is the best bite & sting cream that I have ever used.
Unfortunately they do not sell it in Australia. So I googled it and found that NewZealand sold it.
I thoroughly recommend it.

It works
For my family - just rub a little onto, and a little arond, that itching bite or sting and it starts to subside in five minutes. If it doesn't go away completely in an hour, just repeat.
