acetic acid and an array of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, polyphenolic compounds and non-volatile organic acids, including tartaric, citric, malic and lactic acids.

Dosage

To make a healthy and delicious beverage, mix one tablespoon of ComvitaÂ® Apple Cider Vinegar with water, adding lemon and a teaspoonful of honey to taste. In summer add ice and a sprig of mint. In winter use warm water.
