It is antibacterial and useful for digestive health and vascular health.

Active Ingredients

Comvita Honeygar combines naturally fermented Apple Cider Vinegar (80%), with raw natural honey (20%) - which is a combination of New Zealand UMF 5+ Manuka Honey and bush honey.

Dosage

Mix 1 tablespoonful of Honeygar with water and add lemon to taste.
Can also be used as a salad dressing by mixing with olive oil, lemon juice and garlic or fresh herbs.
