(milk thistle) 200 mg (seeds, 20:1 extract standardized to contain 80% silymarin and 30% silybin and providing 4 g of dried herb equivalent) PHOSPHOcomplex™ 160 mg (providing 47 mg silybin and 113 mg phospholipids from the liposomal bilayer)
Other ingredients Calcium phosphate, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, and vegetable cellulose (capsule)
Contains no known allergens, no sugar or gluten, no artificial flavors or preservatives
Dosage
Adults 18 years and older: Take 1 capsule per day with food.
Users should not exceed the recommended maximum dose of 1 capsule per day.
Consult a doctor or healthcare provider if digestive symptoms worsen or persist for more than 2 weeks.
Not recommended for children younger than 18 years.
