Dosage

Mix One sachet of Optifast with 200ml of cold or warm water.Stir vigorously with a whisk or fork. Leave to stand for 5 minutes in the refrigerator and use within 24 hours.

Drink One sachet as a replacement for a meal three times daily for 12 weeks.

It is important to drink at least 2 litres of fluid per day also.

Warnings

Not suitable for pregnant or lactating women,infants, children, adolescents or people over the age of 65 years.

May contain traces of egg and/or nuts.
