Gout is caused by an elevation in purines, possibly made worse from some foods such as liver, anchovies, wine, beer, beans and peas. Tart Cherry supports the balanced activity of Xanthine oxidase which acts as a catalyst for uric acid production. This formula is also a very good aid for other joint conditions.
