Description

Thompsons Restful Sleep provides a herbal solution to assist sleep.
It contains valerian (a widely used relaxant )_; skullcap (which acts on the nervous system and helps to relax the body); passiflora (also useful for the nervous system); chamomile (assists sleep); hops (which supports the nervous system); and wild lettuce (that works well in combination with skullcap and hops to assist sleep).
It does not create dependence and it is free from any side effects.

Dosage
Adults - One to two tablets (one hour before bed), or as professionally prescribed.
Warnings
Due to the lack of available safety data regarding the use of a number of herbs in pregnancy we generally do not recommend this product to be taken while pregnant, unless professionally prescribed. Use is inadvisable in depression
